The 8 o’clock service is a traditional service of Holy Communion, using the Book of Common Prayer, which dates back hundreds of years.
Coronavirus update January 2021:
The 8 o’clock service takes place in St Faith’s – do join us at 8am each week. Just turn up, but bring a face covering, and we’ll need to take you details for Test and Trace.
At the 8 o’clock service we pray, hear the Bible read, listen to a short sermon, and share bread and wine together in Holy Communion. This service is usually attended by around 30 people, and lasts for around 40 minutes.
