Holy Communion 3sm

The 8 o’clock service  is a traditional service of Holy Communion, using the Book of Common Prayer, which dates back hundreds of years.

April 2021 update: The 8 o’clock service takes place in St Faith’s – do join us at 8am each week.  Just turn up, but bring a face covering, and we’ll need to take you details for Test and Trace.

Some weeks the service will also be live streamed on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.  The schedule for the next few weeks is:

Sunday 17 April             In St Faith’s and online on Facebook or YouTube
Sunday 25 April             In St Faith’s but not online
Sunday 2 May                In St Faith’s and online on Facebook or YouTube

At the 8 o’clock service we  pray, hear the Bible read, listen to a short sermon, and share bread and wine together in Holy Communion.   This service is usually attended by around 30 people, and lasts for around 40 minutes.
